  • freedom prayer ministry

At Freedom Church we are committed to be a "Pray First" church, taking everything before God.  We recognize from 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 that it is God’s will for all to be in prayer. “Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

We also recognize the challenge most people have in developing and sustaining a full and healthy prayer life. The Freedom Church Prayer Team strives to provide opportunities for all to focus on their prayer lives individually and to provide opportunities for all to support each other through prayer.

We have various prayer teams, including worship prayer teams, event prayer teams, freedom prayer teams, weekly prayer requests, pastor and pastor family prayer teams, etc..

  • Praise dance ministry

The Freedom Church Praise Dance Ministry exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through movement, which has the power to stir the senses, emotions, and convey a message that cannot be expressed through words or song alone.

The Liturgical Dance and Flag Team encourage, comfort and edify through the power of movement to a people developing and growing in their faith, leading to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Prayer shawl

"Shawls ... made for centuries universal and embracing,

symbolic of an inclusive, unconditionally loving, God.

They wrap, enfold, comfort, cover, give solace,

    mother, hug, shelter and beautify.

Those who have received these shawls have been

uplifted and affirmed, as if given wings to

    fly above their troubles..."

Written in 1998 by: Janet Severi Bristol

With every shawl these words are lovingly printed.

Guided by God’s love for us, this shawl is made for you.

Healing, strength and peace, to bless upon your spirit true. Wrap yourself in warmth and love, entwined in every stitch. Prayers said to God above, please heal, mend and enrich. Father, Son, Holy Spirit, intoned throughout the shawl.

Triune blessings crochet within it, best wishes from us all.
